Reporting a problem

The three things that make a bug fixable: which phone you are on, what you were doing when it happened, and whether it happens every time or only once. A screenshot is worth more than a description if the problem is something you can see.

If the game crashed or froze, say which mode you were in — a story chapter, a survival run, or a multiplayer match. They are different code and it narrows things down immediately.

Lost progress

Progress is saved on the device rather than to an account, so it lives and dies with the installation. Deleting the app deletes the save, and reinstalling does not bring it back. There is no way to recover a save from our side, because we never had a copy of it.

If money or purchases disappeared while the app was still installed, that is a bug rather than a rule, and it is worth writing about.

Multiplayer

Matches connect the two phones directly where the network allows it. A strict mobile network or a locked-down office Wi-Fi can block that. If a match will not connect, trying it on a home connection first tells us whether it is the network or the game.

Privacy

What the game stores and what leaves the device is set out in the privacy policy.
